ENERGETIC ANATOMY OF A YOGI
Join us on thiswonderful workshop of healing the emotional and mental body through yoga as we explore the energetic anatomy of yogi presented by Paul and Jaylee Balch. Paul and Jaylee have dedicated their lives to helping people awaken and understand their innate ability to heal themselves. Paul, as a Bikram teach er and hypnotherapist and Jaylee with a background in intuitive healing and Hatha, have followed the guidance of Tibetan and Tao masters and imparted a treasury of knowledge around the world. Combined, they have taught for over twenty years and run seminars in over 14 countries. Anatomy of a Yogi is designed to take your yoga practice to a new experiential level of energetic awareness.

We are very excited to announce that we will soon be using a new tag-in system where by allowing you quicker, more convenient and easier access to classes.
All details will be confirmed soon but this is definitely another way of ensuring your practice at Bikram Yoga Fourways is the best for you!

 YOGA ETIQUETTE
A friendly reminder to all our new and regular students about the yoga etiquette at our Studio. We proud ourselves of being a studio that encourages Bikram's rules of discipline, as this intern reflects love and respect for ourselves and for our fellow yogi friends.
• Ensure to arrive for class on time, 15 minutes before class ensures you do not rush and gives you enough time to settle in for your practice
• All classes are 90 minutes, students are expected to stay for the entire duration of the class
• To ensure that each student is positioned correctly during class please place the top of your mat on the black lines. Regular and more experienced students in the front two rows with beginners in the back two rows
• Please remember the yoga room is a sacred space, observe silence before, during and after class
• No shoes or personal belongings in the yoga room, bring only your mat, towel and water
• Cell phone use is prohibited, please finish conversations and ensure cell phones are on silence before entering class
• Class starts on time, no latecomers will be admitted, no exceptions!
• If necessary, feel free to shower before class, be mindful of your body odor
• As a courtesy to fellow students, please avoid perfumes and colognes
• A kind note to smokers; please brush your teeth and change your clothing before class as all smells are enhanced in the heated room.
• Keep an open mind, and an open heart and join us with your Happy Smiling Face!
