The Studio offers: Bikram Yoga Classes seven days a week with a variety of class times through out the day to meet your needs and various forms of body massage therapies to complement your mind, body & spirit experience.

The amenities include hygenic and spacious changing rooms with shower facilities.

Our retail section will ensure that you are appropriately equiped to handle your “Hot Yoga” experience. Offering a wide range of yoga apparel and products .

Our studio has been designed to the exact specifications and requirements of Bikram Choudhury. Our heating system, which heats the room to 40 degrees celsius with 60 percent humiduty, has been scientifically calculated and manufactured to offer the optimum mixture of heat, humidity and fresh oxygen. This ensures a safe enviroment in which you will enjoy your yoga practice.

Our hygienic carpet is approved by the British Health Organization to be alergy free, water proof and anti-bacterial. The carpet provides for a non-slip surface which enhances your practice.
